The 2018 Sixth Region Spring Meeting will be held on April 12-14, 2018 at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District building in Clovis, CA. There are two themes this year: "Soldier Readiness" and "Recruiting."


On Thursday, April 12, 2018, the hotel shuttle will transport you from the airport to Homewood Suites in Clovis, CA to check-in. and receive your packets after which you will be transported to the Clovis Memorial District Building.  A mixer will be taking place for about an hour after which there will be a formal opening ceremony.


We will be accepting late registrations on the morning of Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District building at 0700. There will be a special visit to the Veterans Memorial Museum the “Home of the Legion of Valor” starting at 0800 from the Clovis Veterans Memorial District building followed by lunch at Joe’s Steakhouse. We will then proceed to The California Air National Guard Base in Fresno for a tour of the 144th Fighter Wing and return to the Clovis Veterans Memorial District building for the Hmong Story accompanied by a buffet Dinner along with a concert preformed by the Association of the United States Army Sounds of Freedom Military Concert Band

Saturday, April 14, 2018 will bring about our business day with a special panel of guests from local Veterans agencies discussing issues regarding how to join the military today and patriots of all types. The day will culminate with our Sixth Region Annual Awards and Black Tie Banquet. Our banquet guest speaker this year is General Carter Ham our National President.


Fresno Yosemite International Airport is less than 4 miles from the hotel and served by United, American, Boutique Air, and Alaska
